About the Owner

Todd grew up in Central New York and graduated from Syracuse University in 1992 with a degree in
Economics. In 1994 he joined the New York State Police. During his 27 year law enforcement career he held
the ranks of Trooper, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain and Major. During his last assignment as the Troop
Commander of Troop “C” he supervised a staff of approximately 400 employees who were tasked with conducting all State Police operations in seven counties within the southern tier of New York.
Upon retiring from the New York State Police in November of 2021, Todd moved with his wife to Rehoboth
Beach. Together they have a daughter who is employed as a graphic designer, a son who attends the University of Albany, and another son who attends the West Point Military Academy. Todd's hobbies include playing golf, biking, spending time at the beach, and enjoying the many restaurants in the Rehoboth Beach area. He also enjoys travel, especially to watch his sons play college lacrosse.
